She is survived by: her husband John Phillip Tinker; her daughters, Carla Smith (Ed) of Beaverton, OR and Elaine Griffin (Matt) of Cassatt, SC; her granddaughters, Isabella, Summer Arrants of Camden and Amira Smith of Beaverton, OR; and her siblings, Clinton Watts, Donnie Watts, Willie, Lucy, Betty, Doris and Janet.
