He was predeceased by: his parent Odell Bowen. He is survived by: his mother Doris Hatfield Bowen of Camden; his wife Linda Trivett Bowen; his children, Michael Odell Bowen Jr. of Camden, Nikki Bowen of Elgin, Brennen Edwards (Ryan) of Dalzell and Tessa Clinton (Robbie) of Camden; his sisters, Teresa B. Baker (Larry) of Cassatt and Rhonda Neal (Andy) of Kershaw; and his grandchildren, Blake Glock, Odie Bowen, Palmer Bowen, Tanner Edwards and Alex Edwards.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
