He was predeceased by: his mother Runa Shurling Gorlesky; his uncle Ray Shurling; his aunt Ruth Phillips; and his grandmother Mildred Gorlesky. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Brantley Gorlesky; his daughter Megan "Jayden" Gorlesky; his father Art Lee Gorlesky; and his siblings, Art Keith (Lisa) of Rock Hill, SC, Kenneth Lee (Tonya) of Savannah, GA and Debra Kay of Ellabell, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
