She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Singleton Clyburn, Sr. and Pauline Moseley Clyburn. She is survived by: her husband Ken Mays; her children, Stephen Mays (Debbie) of Rock Hill, David Mays (Lauranne) of Lexington, Mark Mays (Donna) of Conyers, GA, Doug Mays (Trina) of Charlotte, NC and Allison McDonald (Tom) of Charlotte, NC; and her siblings, Susan Moore, Louis Clyburn, Jr. (Sharon), Jimmy Clyburn (Linda) and Sandra Dickey. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
