She was predeceased by: her spouse Johnnie Seegars; and her parents, Alma and Eulice'Bud'Blackmon. She is survived by: her children, Stanley Seegars (Deshone), Betty Bivens, Russell Blackmon, Janet McCaskill, Debra Blackmon, Pamela Hough (Valas) and Jeremy Blackmon; and her siblings, Leander'Lee Bo' Blackmon (Donna), Roscoe Blackmon, Bobby Blackmon (Lavern), Buddy Blackmon, Albert Blackmon (Regina), Tony Blackmon, Eunice Jones, Carolyn Void (JC), Tina Jackson (William), Nora Miller (Dennis) and Micheal Young. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren; and several special family friends.
