She was predeceased by: her parent Marion Leslie Peake; and her grandparents, Clyde Leslie Peake, Jr., Marian Yvonne Peake, James Bennett Bailey and Charles Edward Wells.

She is survived by: her mother Wanda Bailey Peake; her sister Ashley Peake; and her grandparents, Ruby Jean Wells and James "Frank" Peake.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital.
