He is survived by: his siblings, Floyd Harris, Eddie Mae Phipps (Albert) and Anne Tate; his close friends, Ed Kopodski of New Haven, CT, Steve Kolther of New Haven, CT, Robert Tucker of New Haven, CT, Jim Nge of New York City and Shirley Bolden of North Carolina; and his uncle Eli Harris of California. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
