She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Pate; her parents, Frank Rabon, Sr. and Nellie Branham Rabon; her siblings, Frank Rabon, Jr. and Leila McKenzie; the father of her children Irby H. Walker; and her close friend Pat Patterson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda Catoe of Lugoff and Tonya Watts (Jacky) of Lugoff; her grandchildren, Ron Catoe, Rhonda Richardson (Brian), Hollie McCluney (Brad) and Cody Watts (Kendall); and her sister Sandra Hall (Bruce) of Lugoff. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Springvale Baptist Church (1496 State Rd S-28-55, Lugoff, SC 29078). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be Springvale Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
