McCaskill (Fay); her granddaughter Sarah; her great grandchildren, Karen D. McCaskill (Mitch Branton) and Elizabeth Ashley McCaskill (Reggie George); and her siblings, Irvin Bevis Jr. of Kentucky, Danny Bevis of Kentucky, Donald Bevis (Ava) of Indiana, Kenny Bevis (Karen) of Arkansas, Patricia Duval of Rising Sun and Sherry Martinoli of Burlington, Kentucky. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.
