He was predeceased by: his parent Claude LeRoy Belk. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Ann Jay Belk of Lugoff; his children, Jon C. Belk (Sarah) of Kentucky, Emma S. Belk of Kentucky and Jackson C. Belk of Kentucky; his sister Sheila Branham (Bennie) of Elgin; his grandchildren, Maddox R. Belk and Tatum R. Belk; his former wife Wendi L. Belk; and his close friend Laurrie Summers. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
