He was predeceased by: his parents, Carson Anderson Douglas and Ella Bertha Steen Douglas; and his brother Mitchell Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Wilson Douglas; his daughters, Jessica Summer Mullikin, Rebecca Lauren Mullikin and Victoria Elenor Mullikin; his siblings, Gloria Morgan (Don), Sylvia Noll and Michael Douglas; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Douglas.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Powers Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
