He is survived by: his children, John Arthur Koumas, Jr. (Jenny), Sarah Theresa Koumas Gardner and Michael Joseph Gerard Koumas (Angela); his grandchildren, Justin Spivey (Abby), Jessica Koumas, Jenna Koumas, Morganne Lambert (Lee), Robert Gardner (Lexi), Kayla Koumas, Gage Koumas, Brook Koumas, Blair Hall (Will), Liz Hammond (Jay), Trey Spradley (Ashley) and Brandon Spradley; his great grandchildren, Cooper Spivey, Collin Spivey, Oaklyn Lambert, Drake Lambert, Grayson Gardner, Dawson Gardner, Alexis Narceese, Colton Hooker, Marayla Hooker, Tanner Hammond and Macie Hammond; and his siblings, George Peter Koumas (Connie), Theresa Walker (Mack), Beverly Pender (David), Brenda O'Donovan (Crossan), Albert Reed (Sarah), Richard Reed (Linda) and Debbie Norman (Dean).
