It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Blondell Christensen (Lugoff, South Carolina), who passed away on April 6, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Hayward Samuel Christensen; her parents, Charles Edward and Bertha Peak Kelly; her sons, Mark Christensen and Randall Christensen; her grandson Kevin Christensen; and her brothers, Lavern Kelly, Melvin Kelly of Carl Kelly, A. C, Jason Kelly and Edward Kelly.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Christensen (Kay) of Lexington, Bruce Christensen of Asheville, N. C., Valerie Kirkley of Phoenix, Ariz and Dana Christensen (Patti) of Columbia, S. C.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
