He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Theodore Murphy and Helen Clack Murphy; and his brother Ronnie Murphy. He is survived by: his sons, Wayne Murphy (Kelley) and Bryan Murphy (Starr); his grandchildren, Jacob Murphy (Taylor), Johnny Murphy (Katelyn), Sam Hornsby (Alex), Ashley Jordan, Shannon Murphy, Justin Murphy and Blair Branham; his brother Ricky Murphy; and his sister-in-law Rose Murphy. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
