He is survived by: his wife Emma "Becky" Outlaw; his children, Rebecca Outlaw of Cassatt, Jamie Outlaw of Cassatt and Ashley Whitaker (Jonathan) of Pacolet; his siblings, Kim Outlaw of Cassatt and Linda Outlaw of Lugoff; and his brothers-in-law, Rock Hinson and Tommy Hunter. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
