He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley Burlington Cook and Lucie Elisabeth Hoffmann. He is survived by: his children, Angel Lynn Cook, Tonya Thomas, Eddie Cook and Sireece Harris; and his sister Ann Marie Branham (Randy). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 5 cousins.
