He is survived by: his wife Karen Denise Birckhead Dodge; his children, Pamela Denise Hollis, Frank Clarence Dodge III (Tammy), Donna Lynn Dodge and Vickie Leigh Blackman (Edward); his grandchildren, Mark Hollis, Jr., Ricky Aaron Freeman, Jeramy Hollis, Austin Freeman, Kaitlynn Worley and Charles Watts; and his great grandchildren, Anthony Worley, Adelynn Worley and Haven Hollis.
