She was predeceased by: her parents, Haskell O'Sullivan and Ollie Staggs O'Sullivan; her granddaughter Mandy Jeffers; and her siblings, Eston O'Sullivan, Caroline Johnson, Betty Schrimsher, Martha Jolly, Dennis O'Sullivan and J. L. O'Sullivan.
She is survived by: her children, LaVerne R. Verne Jeffers, Jr. (Nicole) and Renee J. Wooten; and her grandchildren, Kelsey Murphy, Cassy Jeffers, Lauren Roland and Britney Burke. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Lung Association or American Cancer Society.
