He is survived by: his parents, Michael Gardiner (Melinda) and Julie Girton Washer (Jim); his wife Nicole Gardiner; his daughter Crystal; his siblings, Matthew James Barrett (Melinda), Michael Barrett, Christopher Washer, Jessica Bregier, David Stickel and Brad Ressler (Alice); and his grandmother Mabel Gardiner.
