He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam McCaskill (Agnes McCaskill) and David Earl McCaskill; and his brother Samuel Dale McCaskill (Debbie). He is survived by: his wife Fran McCaskill (Fogleman); his daughters, Dr. Ashley McCaskill Foreman (Reid) and Mary Elizabeth McCaskill Miller (Chip); and his brothers, Myron Wayne McCaskill (June) and Fredrick Darrin McCaskill (Yana). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
