He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Marion Parker and Euclid Ellis Parker; his son Anthony David "Tony" Parker; and his stepson Matthew Roach. He is survived by: his wife Diane Cowart Parker; his daughter Heather Lynn Parker; his daughter-in-law Julie Motley Roach; his siblings, Jay Marion "Ricky" Parker (Sandy) and Joye Carol Barnes (Kevin); his grandchildren, Jacob Roach, Mason Roach, Ainsley Roach, Eli Roach and Ethan Roach; and his close friends, Hootie Cook, Crystal, Antonio Perez, Cheyenne, Daniela, Ariana, Casandra and Vanessa Perez.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Elgin Congregation Holiness Church.
