He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo David and Etha Belle Martin Crawford; and his sisters, Linda Diane Fabrizio and Janice Renee Bozard. He is survived by: his wife Debra Elaine Crawford; his children, David Carroll Crawford, Jr. (Regina) and Derrek Blaine Crawford (Christine); his stepdaughter Brandy Tara Mangum; his grandchildren, D. J. Crawford, Jacob Crawford (Brittany), Riley Crawford, Brittney Turner (Joseph) and Jackson Mangum; and his great grandchildren, Briggs Turner and Elijah Crawford.
