He was predeceased by: his mother Kathleen Elizabeth Smith Hackworth. He is survived by: his father Jason Eric Hackworth (Jessica Price) of Bethune; his siblings, Alexis Hackworth King (Fowler), Melanie Jean Hackworth (Dalton), Brayden Norton, Triton Yates, Ridge Yates, Grayli Galloway and Tanasia Himes; his grandparents, Bobby and Carolyn Cochran (Nana Mama); and his uncle John Allen Cochran.
