With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dalton Eric Hackworth of Lugoff, South Carolina, born in Camden, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 11, 2024. He was predeceased by: his mother Kathleen Elizabeth Smith Hackworth. He is survived by: his father Jason Eric Hackworth (Jessica Price) of Bethune; his siblings, Alexis Hackworth King (Fowler), Melanie Jean Hackworth (Dalton), Brayden Norton, Triton Yates, Ridge Yates, Grayli Galloway and Tanasia Himes; his grandparents, Bobby and Carolyn Cochran (Nana Mama); and his uncle John Allen Cochran.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Stop Soldier Suicide, P.O. Box 110605, Durham, NC 27709.
