He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Hayes and Violet V. Jordan Hayes; and his brothers, Mitchell Hayes and Michael Hayes. He is survived by: his daughters, Katherine Andrews and Kimberly Hayes; his siblings, Jordan Hayes and John Hayes; and his nephew Ryan Hayes. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
