He is survived by: his children, Richard Johnson of Camden, Gloria Stone (Harry Moore) of Camden and Michael Haynesworth (Cathy) of Cassatt; his siblings, Harold Haynesworth, Freddie Haynesworth, Lillie Hackney and Annie Bell Rembert; his friend Liberty Mathis; and also Stephanie Haynesworth. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
