Charles F. Strickland Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles F. Strickland (Lugoff, South Carolina), who passed away on October 15, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Strickland and Minnie Westbrook Strickland; his siblings, Henry Strickland, Catherine S. Smith, Ellen S. Underwood, Ruby S. Waters and Agnes S. Deans; and his granddaughter Lauren A. Hicks.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susie Branham (Burt) of Lugoff, S. C. and Jeannie Cooley (Rob) of Wilmington, N. C.; his stepchildren, Bob Williams (Sarah) of Camden and Dee Dee Williams of Columbia, SC; his siblings, Dewey Strickland, Mary Lee S. Hayes (JC) and Elease S. Raines (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Grayson Bethel, Charles Eustace, John Eustace, Luke Williams, Sarah Crouch and Leigh Williams; and his great grandchildren, Loki Crouch, Kason Hicks, Bryan Hicks, Bailee Hicks, Xadia Williams and Joseph Reed. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to donate to the charity of your choice, the Alzheimer's Foundation or the Shriner's Children's Hospital.
