He was predeceased by: his mother Cathleen Mae Grimes. He is survived by: his spouse Terry Lynn Butterson; his daughters, Dorothy Marie Butterson Davis (Jeffrey Davis) and Jennifer Lynn Butterson (Matthew Hebb); his grandchildren, Alyssa Marie Butterson and Brooke Elaine Davis; and his friend Tammy Bell Hopkins. He is also survived by four brothers, one sister.
