He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Earl Emery and Bessie Hunsicker Emery; and his siblings, Richard Emery, Robert Emery, Marion Schafer and Marjorie Hersh.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Louise Emery; his children, Kerri Ann Cameron (Gene), Bryan Lee Emery, Jr. (Melissa) and Deanna Marie Torres (Luis); his grandchildren, Luis Torres III, Jasmine Emery Ramos, Jalisha Torres, Eryn Cameron, William Cameron, Hailey Emery and Ashlyn Emery; his great grandchildren, London Gooden, Blaire Thompson and Livia Sepulveda; and his siblings, James Emery (Nancy), Barbara Gossman (Skip) and Pat Young (Greg).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Timothy's Lutheran Church, 1301 Mill St. Camden, S.C.
