She was predeceased by: her spouse Carol Sinclair Price; and her parents, George Keenan and Juanita Rabon Keenan. She is survived by: her children, James Barfield (Christi) of Winterhaven, Fla., Cynthia Langley (Hal) of Camden and Brian Price (Katina) of Lugoff; and her sister Georgia Lack (Michael) of Cleveland, S. C.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
