He was predeceased by: his parents, Hirtrell Halley and Bessie Green Halley; and his sisters, Bernice Louise Burris, Jacqualine Halley and Connie Halley.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy McDonald; his daughter Aerica Mims of Sumter; his siblings, Lou Bertha Kershaw (Eddie), Debra Burris (Hazel), Gloria Halley, Cleo Halley, Terry Halley (Teresa), Darryl Halley (Shakeema) and Shawn Halley; and his grandchildren, Kayden Mims, A'Nylah Bradford, Jayce Bradford and Carter Bradford. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
A reception will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Powers Funeral Home (832 Ridgeway Rd, Lugoff, SC 29078).
