She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Covell and Iola Fisher Soles; and her siblings, Covell Soles, Shirley Reaves and Beatrice Caulder.
She is survived by: her children, Wilma Hodge (Ray) of Loris, SC, MeLisa D. Utter (Karl) of Ash, William D. Watts (Leigh) of Calabash and David G. Watts (Susie) of Loris; and her sisters, Peggy Porter (Roger) of Trinity, NC, Jackie Mierjeski of Archdale, NC and Ernestine Norris (Frank) of Loris, SC.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren.
