She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Tyler and Carrie Tyler of Loris; her siblings, Greeba Adams, Grace Tyler, Cathleen Norris, Carolyn Stalvey, Joe Tyler, Sam Tyler and Roger Tyler; and her grandchild Shannon Crumley.
She is survived by: her husband Charlie; her children, Sharon Smith (Tom Smith), Brenda Lee, Helen Lee, Michael Lee, Charlie Lee, Tommy and Wesley Lee (Courtney Lee); her grandchildren, Thomas and Leanne Smith; and her siblings, Oree, Ed Tyler, Alberta Long and Faye Hewitt.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers that all contributions be made to St. Judes Children's Hospital which Myrtle was extremely fond of during her life.
