Powers; his children, Jeff Powers and Jennifer Hoyle (Josh); his grandchildren, Kayla Miller (Hayden), Collin Hoyle, Jeffrey Devin Powers and Alishia Kaye Powers (Ryan Inman); and his brother Ervin Henry Powers. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
