She was predeceased by: her father Giles Wendell Chestnut; and her sister Carol Ann Chestnut Hall. She is survived by: her mother Judy Gail Ganis Chestnut; her husband Drake Herring; her stepsons, Matthew Herring (Samantha) and Nicholas Herring; her brothers, Windell Chestnut and Wayne "Bird" Chestnut; and her mother-in-law Carol Borger. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hardwick Funeral Home (4831 Main St, Loris, SC 29569). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hardwick Memorial Chapel (4831 Main St, Loris, SC 29569).
