He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Estalene "Peg" Rhodes; his parents, Johnny Rhodes and Dezzie Small (Soles); his children, Jerry Lynn Rhodes, Bradley "Dinky" Rhodes, Barbara "Bobbi" Hardee, Cyndi Lawson (Ricky), Cathy Rhodes and Crystal Oxendine; his siblings, Wayne Small (Alice) and Brenda Britt; his grandchildren, Courtney Manning (Daniel), Jami Britt (Matthew), Kayla Holt (Justin), Allen Oxendine (Leighann), Alexis Oxendine, Mark Rhodes and Braylen Rhodes; his close friend Frances Ward; and his cousins, Joby Cox and Cheryl Coble. He was also cherished by many other friends, nieces, and nephews.
