She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Watkins Seay, Jr. and Eva Louise Deans Seay; and her brother Walter "Buddy" Watkins Seay, III. She is survived by: her husband Vance Leon Hilburn, Sr.; her sons, Vance Leon Hilburn, Jr. (Ellen), Steven Ray Hilburn (Robin) and Terry Hilburn (Debbie); her grandchildren, Derek Hilburn, Heather Williamson (Martin), Lauren Hilburn, McCall Berry (Josh) and Reid Hilburn; and her great grandchildren, Naylon, Henry and Kolton.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hardwick Funeral Home (4831 Main St, Loris, SC 29569). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Hardwick Memorial Chapel (4831 Main St, Loris, SC 29569).
