She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Clyde Butler and Laura Cox Butler; her former husbands, Cecil Levern Horne and Roy Johnson; her husband Winston Stevens; and her siblings, Junior J. Butler, Jimmy Butler, Irene Floyd and Judine Helsel.
She is survived by: her children, Peter L. Horne (Gail), Cecil "Ricky" Horne, Cynthia Ann Morgan (Scott) and Cecilia Lynn Horne. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Camp Swamp Church (853 Camp Swamp Rd, Loris, SC 29569). A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Butler Cemetery (3639 Old Buck Creek Rd, Longs, SC 29568).
