We are sad to announce that on August 19, 2024, at the age of 83, James J Rapsis Sr. of Longs, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ignatius Rapsis and Agnes Garofalo (Willis); and his sister Joan Fiore (Rapsis). He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Rapsis (Hoffman); his children, Karen Comella (Thomas) of Hope, NJ and James Rapsis Jr. (Lisa) of Stewartsville, NJ.; his grandchildren, Andrea, Ashley, Lauren and Jenna; and his great grandchildren, Addison, Charlotte, Camden and Autumn.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Jim's name to the Washington Fire Department. 100 Belvidere Ave. Washington, NJ 07882.
