He was predeceased by: his parents, Edd Moore and Dorothy Rholetter Moore; his brother Charles Moore; and his brothers-in-law, Winfred Carter and Dewey C. Lovell.
He is survived by: his spouse Loran A. Triance Moore; his children, Kenneth Moore of Anderson, Cecil Moore (Lee Ann) of Crossville, Tennessee and Kathy Jo Ward (John) of Henderson, Maryland.; his sisters, Jean Moore Carter of Long Creek, Betty Moore Lovell of Wiley, GA and Kay Moore Harbin (Lewis) of Westminster; and his sister-in-law Kaite Moore of Westminster. He is also survived by two grandsons and many nieces and nephews.
