Elder Mack was predeceased by: father Mack Goff Sr.. Elder Mack is survived by: wife Vera; sons, Garry Ortagus Goff (Pauline) and Jason Robert Goff; grandsons, Ortagus Antywon, Garry Jermel and Ortagus II; great grandchild Kitai; and brother-in-law Richard Riley of Arizona. Elder Mack is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
