He is survived by: his spouse Betty Roberts Burns; his parent Lucille Burns; his son Randall Burns (Deanna); his granddaughters, Tracy Cudd Vanderford and Ollie Virginia Burns; his great grandchild Sydnie Vanderford; and his siblings, Dolly Broome, Joyce Hardin and Glenn Burns.
