He is survived by: his former wife Theresa Ann Miller; his brothers, R. Stephen Marvin, C. Frederic Marvin, Richard E. Marvin and Roland B. Marvin; his son Wayne Barrett Marvin, Jr. (Cole); his sister-in-law Suzanne B. Marvin (Stephen); his son-in-law Billy Maisano; his grandchildren, Lauren, Nicole, Katherine, Will Maisano, Amanda, Emma, Grant Marvin, Haleigh, Alaina and Ben Gardner; his niece Caroline M. Marvin; and his nephews, E. Reed Marvin, Sr. and S. Christian Marvin.
