He is survived by: his mother Wanda Locklear of Little Rock; his fiancé Whitney Scott of Lumberton, N. C; his siblings, Patrick Locklear of Little Rock, Allen Michael Bracey of Little Rock, Larry Locklear of Little Rock, Mason McColl of Little Rock, Shawn Branch of Little Rock, Felicia, Leslie Roberts, Tella Branch of Dillon and Janet Davis of Laurinburg, NC; his aunts, Tammy Berry (Tim) of Dillon, SC, Sandy Bennett (William) of Dillon, SC, Sarah of Dillon, SC, Peggy Branch (Larry) and Pamela McColl (John) of Little Rock; his nieces and nephews, Kyra Locklear and Kendall Locklear; his brother Quinton Scott; and his sister-in-law Jenna Scott. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
