He is survived by: his children, Tina Smith and Kevin Locklear; his siblings, Carolyn Locklear, Cindy Locklear, Norma Locklear, Virgie Oxendine and Wiley Locklear; and his grandchildren, Wayne Lockamy and Colleen Smith. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
