She is survived by: her husband Richard Locklear; her children, Crystal Gratia, Christina Gratia, Heather Gratia, Beau Gratia and Brian Gratia; and her siblings, Flossie (JC Quick), Elsie (Shaw "Bitt" Locklear), Lisa Driggers (Joseph), Crawford "Harold" Hatcher (Debbie), Ted Driggers, Ray (Barbara Hatcher) and Douglas (Barbara Driggers). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
