He is survived by: his wife Bertie Frances Tart Lovett of Little Rock; his daughters, Wanda Taylor of Dillon, Carol Evans (Richard) of Floydale and Joyce Clark (Billy) of Santee, SC; and his siblings, Gene Lovett of Latta and Margie Owens of Thomasville, NC.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
