With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shelby A Lavoie (Little River, South Carolina), born in Warwick, Rhode Island, who passed away on April 9, 2022 at the age of 23. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Jason Lavoie, Sr.; and her stepgrandparents, Kathleen McNeilis, Leo and Loraine Bertand. She is survived by: her father Ken Bertrand; her grandparents, William McNeilis, Eilieen McNeilis, Danny, Amy Lavoie, Wendy and Michael Marshall; her siblings, Jason Lavoie, Jr., Ryan Bertrand and Lindsay Bertrand (Joe Kingsborough); her nieces, Vivian and Brooke; and her aunts and uncles, Kellie, Darlene, Fran, Amber, Danielle, Sue, Lisa, Onyx, Billy, Jeremy, Josh, Lee, Chris, Michael and Andy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Mental Health Awareness, Suicide Prevention or the American Cancer Society.
