He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilson Pryce and Helene Kaplinger Pryce; his wife Nancy Cirillo Pryce; his sons, Richard Pryce (Kris) and Daniel Pryce (Wendy); and his siblings, Wilson Pryce (Rocky) and Kris Stetson. He was also cherished by four grandchildren.
