He was predeceased by: his father Gary Simmons; his grandparents, Eunice and Mick Simmons; his daughter Destiny; and his close friend Eddie.
He is survived by: his mother Kathy Simmons; his wife Jen Simmons; his children, James, Michael, Cody, Andrew, Krista, Sara, Victoria, Cheyenne and Michelle; his grandchildren, Kingston, Marley, Ryder, Royal, Aaliyah, Adeleigh, Aiden, Kinsley and Haisley; and his sister Liza.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Beckley Peace Chapel (1901 S Kanawha St, Beckley, WV 25801). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
