She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Melnik and Anne Melnik (Valatka); and her husband Ronald W. Ward. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Camden and Graham Ward; her children, Julie Ward (James) of Winston, OR and Jonathan Ward (Melissa); and her brothers, Robert Melnik (Norma), Dennis Melnik (Susan) and Donald Melnik.
